Welcome to my gallery of selected work. I am a contemporary artist currently living and working in Brooklyn, New York. I paint portraits or graphite renderings of existing images that I photograph, swipes, or turns into a video or neon sculpture. With my portrait work, I'm not so much interested in representation as in evocation and a private subtext of my individual experience, and memory, hopefully creating disquieting versions of characters and documentations from my world.
